Looking at a used wilson at a pretty good price.

I seems to be an older CQB.
Qustion is when did wilson start with the finger groove near the trigger gaurd on the front strap.

This CQB does bot have that. Hope I explained it right.

Looks like it is in great shape for 1499.

Don't know the answer to your question, however I ended up with a slightly used CQB that followed me home. It had less than one box of ammo through it and was immaculate. The price was 1699, I couldn't resist as it also had many extras over the standard CQB. Now a couple thousand rounds later it has functioned flawlessly. I love this pistol!!

I think they started doing that recently. I can't say for sure though, you would have to talk to one of the more knowledgeable Wilson shooters here. The last Wilson I handled (a mid 2008 Bi Tone Protector) did not have the groove but it did have the lifted front strap.
