Heh. I don' think I've seen eight M9A1's together before. Not as popular as other polymer brethren,it seems. Really cool pic though.

That was my thoughts too. I am glad they seem to like them though. I admit I have never shot one, fondeled one at the gunstore and liked the way it felt but don't know anyone that has one and haven't had the chance to shoot one.

Steyr dropped the ball in marketing these pistols. The designer of the M9 use to work for Glock. He offered his improvements to Gaston, but declined. Steyr looked at the design and built the guns.

Overall, these are great guns. The .40 cal versions that I tested felt like a 9mm when you shoot it. The 9mm versions feel like a locked breach .380 auto. :)
