What's up with so many threads being closed recently?

I'm guessing that means no activity for fifteen days and it is automatically locked.

If that is correct, then why are there some in this group that are four months old that are not locked?

Seems rather arbitrary.

depends what they are the stickys dont lock and for some of the builds in the fusion section or else where they are reopened so the original poster can finish them..

I dont think feedback will auto lock either but i can fix that..

I too just noticed the threads being locked. Is there any possibility of them being opened back up? Just curious, as many times it seems like there is new info to be shared on a good many thread subjects.

It could be done by hand but most times if there wasn't interest for the amount of time most people wont reread older thread better to start a new one .

The threads are open, no more auto closing. In some of the forums all of the threads were closed.
