Since Colt Mainstreamed them i will post this here even though other companys are using this design and others


The Extra Parts on a Colt Style Firing pin Block are

2 Levers

a Plunger in the slide
Plunger Spring

Different Firing Pin
Different Firing Pin Stop

Everything is in Red is the 80's Stuff

There are they main parts that are different..

If you Remove your Series 80 stuff which i'm not telling you to keep these parts because the levers are different sizes and you can only get all sizes from Colt if they will sell them to you ..
