My Remington R1 Enhanced. No problems yet but this is one of those that doesnt get to the range much. I only have about 500 rounds of white box through it but so far it seems to be OK. No issues out of the box. I like it, its a 1911.

I was just looking at one of these on gunbroker.com
I have an SR1911, but it seems like one 1911 is not enough.

The R1 enhanced was my first 1911, so far i'm not finding anything I dislike about this gun. I feel for an entry level 1911 this gun is loaded with features and has been flawless in its operation so far. A very nice trigger out of the box, inmo. So far I am enjoying it very much, hope you are enjoying yours.

I wouldn't consider the Remington Enhanced to be entry level either.

Hi : I have the Enhanced 45 cal. ss, and the 9mm on order. Does anyone know about the adjustable trigger, what does it do ? and how far in should I turn the adjustment screw .

I have never felt the need to adjust one so I have not researched it either. Maybe someone on here has and will advise. I'm a believer in if it's not broke...don't fix it but that is just me.

I purchased my Enhanced R1S about 3 weeks ago and love it! I have 450 rounds through it now and every time I go to the range I leave with a huge smile on my face! I'm currently waiting on a custom holster from wright leather works and look forward to carrying it until I get my hands on a SA RO Compact .45.
