Finally got out to my family gravel pit range today with my nearly new GI .45. I ran 120 rounds of hardball thru it with the 1 factory MetalForm mag and 3 MecGar mags...all 7 rounders. While not a competition run by any means, the GI did respectable at 15 yards off hand, three mags full. I had only 1 FTF, a rimless CCI Blazer Brass casing. I took a photo but it didn`t turn out.

Great shooting. I have a hard enough time with 3-dots. that imressive with those sights - esp. at 15 yards.

Thanks guys. I think the grouping will get even better when I have good enough weather to finish breakin it in. It`s been so darned cold here and I have only run about 250 rds thru it so far. And I am still learning and getting used to the gun.
