A Rock Island Arsenal reworked pistol with Major Gilbert H. Stewart stamped Colt receiver and a Ithaca slide with the High-Standard barrel. Seems to be legit to me, even with the added stampings.

Oh yeah, it was actually a friends pistol so I've had it down a number of times. :wink:
