I am looking high and low for parts for building a 9mm Officers sized 1911. But i seem hard pressed to find the parts needed.

Does Fusion have the parts for this? I have been looking around the Fusion site and as this will be my first build, Nothing seems more appealing than a fusion platform, but I can't seem to find slides/barrels for anything but .45.

Can someone point me in the right direction? Is there a specific reason for this version of the 1911 being such a rarity?

The best you will probably do is a CCO in 9mm. we don't do officers 9mm's unless in a CCO.

Now that brings me to the second question. Is there a particular reason for the 9mm officers being such a rarity?

Also, there is something else i was wondering about. I read in another thread that i can't find now that you are bringing double stack frames to the market. Which sizes are you going to be offering?
