It doesn't effect one's ownership at all. Just stopped the import of the Norinco line. I have a Norinco 1911 and it is very well put together. They are very popular for those wanting to build a race gun.

Nothing wrong with Nork's. Bill Wilson said (a long time ago), that they were excellent guns & he liked doing his Wilson upgrades on them.

Yup, just can't import them. If you can find one go for it. I'm still looking here for one to do my first "build" on. (Got other things going on though, so it's not a priority...keeping my eyes open anyway). Tracy

I passed on a great priced nork last year, wish I had gotten it. They have a great rep.

Just bought it from a friend & will pick it up in about 10 days.
I know the guy who did the work & he is first class.
