I got in some of the new p220 thin grips and I have to say that these are great. I like the grip MUCH better with these. They are thinner and the curve at the bottom of the back strap is less pronounced. Now I know not all have the same hands and what works for me may not necessarily work for someone else, but I don't forsee having anything else on a p220 in the future. To me it sure feels more "1911 like". Oh, these fit on the newer p220's. If you have the older, thin trigger p220 you can still use them but you have to change the mainspring and housing to the new plastic with short spring and the hammer strut also.

The one on the right has hogues which are similar in the lower curve to the stock "non slim" p220 grips.

Jerry where did you get them Bro? I am now sure I need a set of them!
Please tell, I never seen them before.
Very nice, only if I had a Sig. For now I think I will stick with 1911's. I have many years to collect (I hope).
USMCMP you have years to get your collection up there you have a great start there.
Right here Vic, topgunsupply:

I left out something at the top also, about fitting them to older sigs.
What is a actual thickness measurement for reference

I have brought from Tom before Thanks Jerry.
Thanks. Right now I have 3 1911s in .45 and 1 1911 LDA in 45. A Walter P-22, M-4, a Rem 700 ADL Syn .308, a Rem 597, and a Crickett .22 for my daughter.

My caliper is not working right now but when I get it going I will post the measurement.
