Hello. I'm a L.E.O. and live in Florida.

Just got into 1911's a big way. Bought my first 1911 last year. Springfield parkerzed G.I.. Bought a Colt WWI reproduction (O1911) three months ago.

Just got a new Stainless Mil-Spec two weeks ago.

I have to stop this insanity. Ammo prices might do that for me.

I too welcome you to the forum here.
I know you are new to 1911s by your intro post so I will help you get a few of the real facts correct.:flag:

#1 - It is 1911 SANITY. You are now in your right mind & continually improving, maturing, & growing.

#2 - ammo prices will not cause you to shoot less but more.
You will learn to reload. Therefore ammo will be much cheaper, so you can shoot more, so you can reload more, & therefore having reloaded more, there is more to shoot & it is cheaper than factory ammo.

Wives have a hard time getting in their sain & right 1911 mind.:hairpull:
