I am trying to find out exactly what the designation "National Match" means when used to describe a Gold Cup, but the search engine won't let me use the word "cup" because it is too short.

I will be looking at a GCNM tommorow and I am some what confused as to what the "MK IV", means in relation to NM and GC. Is it just the bushing or were other tweaks done to the MK IV pistols?

Is there any listing somewhere (anywhere) that shows what all these different labels mean. The Colt site is of no help.

Thanks,
The Dude
