I was looking for a 10/22 for an xmas gift today and found a Mossberg Tactical in the case. Anyone own one of these? I think I might have to pick one up sometime. I don't really need one but I still want one. I'll call it a home defense gun. I don't have a dedicated home protection weapon yet. Funny how there is always a way to justify a new gun.

18.5" barrel, 3" chamber, 38.5" overall length.

Mossberg 500's are tough as nails. The short barrel and six-round tube ought to make it pretty handy too,I'm thinking of swapping mine for something similar. I've got the 20" barrel and an 8-round tube,and when it's loaded up it's pretty front-heavy.
