I'm more disappointed by the American public than anything. 50 years ago Obama would have been kicked out for being a Commie.

How foolish are you people? His energy policies will cripple the economy! His economic policies are a copy of failing Euro-socialism (which is only a step back from failed Euro-communism)! And he's been more than clear that your life is not worth jack squat, whether as an adult citizen or unborn child.

But yet the nation has embraced this. Brothers and sisters,we must be vigilant and determined and unrelenting, and above all we must PRAY.

I almost didn't post any of this, and I've retyped it a bunch of times. It doesn't really say how I feel very well. I guess all I can say is God Bless the USA.
:flag::flag::flag: Because Barack Obama sure won't.

Well, thank you for writing and re-writing it.

I will miss the greatest nation in the history of the world. No nation ever was or ever will be again the nation we had for well over 200 years. :bawling:

We fell in 1958 and 1962-63 in my opinion.

With no foundation to "return to" the dumb down masses believe anything they are told and voted for a free ride.

Bush's legacy:
Open Borders
End of Capitalism

Don't get me started on McCain stealing the Republican knod to throw it to the

ObamaNation...

sad day

yep, gotta say everyone here in Arizona I talk with are still in a state of shock,
I chatted with a few friends back east, (east of the mighty mississippi) and the panic buy is on, joints running outta ammo, hi-cap mags, parts and pieces to anything that is semi auto that goes bang.
Uhmm, I'm pretty well set, as have been prepared for quite a long time.
just can't figure out why they voted this fella in, he offers nothing, brings nothing only takes from those that have been giving.
Oh well, stuck with it now.
good luck to all,
rj

Yes...it is a sad day. And I will admit it will be an extremely tough 4 years to weather under GunBanObama. But I listened to Rush L. and Hannity this afternoon as my schedule allowed, and I am re-energized to believing that we can retake our country...if we can weather the 4 year storm. It won`t be easy, but Conservatism is what we need to align with....not the Republican moderate Movement of the last several years. Hannity had statistics that claim that only 10% of people think the Repubs are too conservative, but over 60% believe that the Repubs have lost their way and had no idea where we were going. I have thought a lot about that and I agree with those statements. If we regroup....and STAND BEHIND A CLEAR SET OF CORE PRINCAPLES, when the masses realize they`ve been taken for a bad bad ride by Obama, Conservatives should be in a real good position to regain Washington.

What say you all?

It's a very very said day indeed.

I would like to make a point, and perhaps a few of you could try this as well.

I did a scientific (sort of) poll today. I randomly asked 150 people who they voted for. All answered, and all said "McCain"...... they were all wondering what happened.

What are the chances of 150 random people all voting for McCain yet he lost?

I'm not buying this.. but it's too late now.......

NOBAMA will never be my president, and I would not follow any direction he gave... ever at any cost.

STAND BEHIND A CLEAR SET OF CORE PRINCIPLES
Good idea...I already do...

I have been too damn mad to speak about this (still am to be honest), but I think I'll try to say something that will be at least "rated PG".

The problem is with us...We The People... They voted for Osama so they could earn a few dollars more on their income tax returns, they voted for Osama because they wanted to see a black man elected president (not meant as racism...just a fact), they voted for Osama because they want our troops to come home, they voted for Osama because they believed what he said (that's the worst mistake of them all), they voted for Osama because Sarah Palin is a little inexperienced (so is Osama), they voted for Osama because Sarah Palin did what anybody else would do when somebody was threatening or harassing their family...she got that State Trooper fired...I don't blame her, I would have gotten him fired AND kicked his ass, they voted for Osama because McCain has a bad temper (so do I), they voted for Osama because John McCain is old (he may be old...but I bet he could still kick Osama's ass)...the list goes on...63 million so called Americans voted for 63 million of the wrong reasons.

63 million (or more) voters in this country take their Freedom for granted...and they are pissing it away for the rest of us...mostly because all they care about is a dollar. And don't even get me started on the ones who didn't even vote...

FREEDOM CANNOT BE BOUGHT WITH MONEY.

Some may say...We are still Free...to them I say...

Socialized healthcare is not Free
"Spreading the wealth" is not Free
Osama (and many others...Nancy Pelosi for example) trampling our Constitution is not Free...the list goes on and its growing everyday.

A guy at work was trying to make a joke today...he said they were going to change the National Anthem to "Moving On Up" (the theme song from The Jeffersons)...I did not find it funny...nothing about this is funny to me.

I have 2 sons...I want them to grow up in a Free country... hunting, fishing, shooting, riding horses...doing what kids do best, being kids. I'm worried about their future...not mine.

All I will say to those who voted for Osama (when they realize their mistake)...Don't blame me for your mistake, I voted for McCain. He damn sure ain't perfect and I do not agree with many things that he did vote for in the past, but he is, without a doubt, an American Patriot that holds America and her core values near and dear to his heart. I did not always feel that way about McCain...but after quite a bit of reading and research, I believe America missed out on the best chance of a decent president that its had since David Crockett almost ran for the office. (And yes...I'm referring to the one that died at the Alamo in 1836)

And that's about all I have to say about that.

Obama kept saying change, change, change, and people are blaming the economy and housing market on Bush, because of "his war". Truth be known, if Clinton and his democrats in the 90's hadn't lowered the housing standard so that everyone could afford to buy a house, we wouldn't have the housing mess we are in right now. The recession is part to blame for the housing market, but I think the biggest problem with the economy is the oil market. When Katrina and Rita wiped out the oil production like it did, it sent the prices up, which sent all prices up, and people tried to maintain their lifestyle with credit cards, and now people are hurting.
Sure I'm hurting, but my family just cut back, relied on God to steer my spending, and provide. Most people don't have that to fall on, or at least don't know they have that to fall on.
We are a nation of "I want it, and I want it now," which means that if something is wrong its because of something that happened now. The liberal media is failing to report that all this mess is not an immediate response to Bush's policies, its a gradual market change from a lot of policies of a lot of legislators.
A good portion of people voted because of their pocketbooks, some voted because of race, some voted because of religious and moral beliefs as I did. However, Obama won because he touted change, and all America heard was change, they didn't stop to think what that change was gonna be. Did he ever give a clear cut answer to what his change was gonna be? I never heard it.
Then during his acceptance speech he said, change may not come this year, it may not come next year, it may not come this term....
He is gonna be a do-nothing, its the congress that worries me. We need to get everyone together NOW and starting working to change the balance of power in 2 years in the senate and house.
There a lot of theological reasons why he got voted in, at least in my mind, but I'll not digress on that here.
We the people got who we got, and now we gotta deal with it. I bet you won't find a person anywhere near you that voted for him in a couple of years.

I sure didn't vote for him. Honestly, as a member of the military I am scared. I am affraid of what this idiot and his liberal bang the gong media are going to do with US ties to Isreal and other allies. With Isreal going on the offensive shortly after the results were announced they know they cannot count on us anymore.

That doesn't worry me. I am more worried about him taking the side of the Arab nations and using US assets to help them achieve their objectives. Such as the destruction of Isreal. We all already know who's side "they" are on and it isn't the side of right. They openly speak out against Isreal in the media and Nobama has said he would like to discuss our differences with the Arabs.

The leader of Iran even endorsed him. The idiots still voted for him.

Yep...that worries me too. There are not many more of the pieces of this puzzle left to fall into place.

After reading some last night, Obama ain't the one to worry about. Its Nancy Pelosi. It appears that she is banging away at that gavel as hard as she can right now because she is the most powerful person in Washington right now. Political analysts are saying that there won't even be unity in the same party. Pelosi and Obama will be fighting for who the most powerful person is.
