Wilson grips on a Nighthawk?

I don't know...I think it looks odd to have another company's medallions on a 1911. Colt belongs on Colt,Wilson belongs on Wilson,etc.

That's what I was thinking as well but Wilson appears to be the only ones that makes the starburst grips and I wanted to try them without having to buy a Wilson....

Got Wilson Cocobolo's on my wife's Colt Special Combat. Used her black (Colt) grips on my Gunsite. Was going to get some Wilson's for the Gunsite, but liked the Colt blacks better. Took off the slim grips that came on the Gunsite.
