This is some of what I did Saturday, along with my cousin (who is also a member here). I thought it would be neat to show "The Guns of the Round Table". And so that nobody gets confused, the Ruger Super Blackhawk is known as the "Black Knight".:notworthy: We had fun, even though it was a little cold outside.

Enjoy.

Alright now, YOU know it does no good to show weapons and not name them (and I don't mean Sally, Mary, Gertrude etc!)

Some I can figure out, others can be several look-a-likes. Thanks. Tracy

Oh, by the way nice guns!

Oh, sorry, I guess I forgot.

clockwise
First we will start with the Black Knight, a Ruger Super Blackhawk .44 Magnum, Lorcin .380 (Dad's) , Clerke 1st .22 (got it from my Grandpa), Ruger MK II and a Ruger MK I, (both Dad's), a Dan Wesson 1911 bobtail .45 auto, a Sig 9mm, Glock 19 in 9mm, High Standard 1911 .45 auto, Balister Molina .45 auto, Rohm model 34s .22 revolver (moms gun), H&R 9 shot revolver (Dads), and then a Ruger Blackhawk in .45 Long Colt.

There are a couple of cheap guns, so they are rarely ever even brought out to shoot, like the Clerke and the Lorcin, but they do work.

Enjoy,

All of mine have names.
1911s - Kim, Springer,
Rollers - Snoot, Shorty, Smitty
Rifles - Big Sam, Badger
Shotgun - Doc

I dont have many but none are safe queens. They all work on a regular basis to earn their keep.

That is a really cool idea for a picture. My own collection is a little sparse but if I team it up with my Dads' (including Moms' Colt and Doug Turnbull .38s of course) we could lay out a pretty nice spread.

A family that shoots together stays together!

Good for you guys!

PS don't apologize for the less expensive models you rarely shoot, most of us know the best gun to have in a gunfight is the one you have with you. I assume the phrase can be shortened by interpretation to " The best gun to protect your home with is the one you can get to and use"
