In my opinion, customer service in the gun industry, generally speaking, is poor. So I though it is noteworthy and worth sharing an experience I recently had with the Custom Shop. I had accidentally marred one of the slots on a grip panel screw on an FBI model pistol. The disfigurement spoiled an otherwise perfect pistol, so I called the Custom Shop who agreed, with no displeasure and no cost to me, to send a replacement set which I received in short order. Kudos to Springfield Armory for taking care of the customer (and for making a fine pistol)!
