After pouring thru all the semi-custom models and brands, I finally made a pic. I've owned several Springers thru the years, and have always preferred their feeling to others I've held. Thru process of elimination, I came up with the perfect gun for me...

Just ordered PC9112 - a custom full rail operator from the Springfield Custom Shop. Now, just gotta wait 10 months for the thing... Thats the bad part....

These are the specs... And, I'm getting in in 9mm, and matte hard chromed... But, it's still very close to the Springer Professional...

Just got confirmation on my specs from Springer...

This pic was the idea that got me started... It's just a plain TRP that the guy had hard chromed at the Springer Custom Shop - but its what made me want one. I always regretted not buying a TRP Operator years ago.

I don't care for his grips - and mine will have fixed sights. But, I thought this looked sweet....

I like the operators quite a bit. I'm sure that your 10 month wait will be worth it. I have heard great things about Springfield's custom shop as well. That thing will feel like shooting a .22lr with that full length rail in 9mm. Should be very fun indeed. I WANT ONE!!!!!!!!
