i am thinking about getting a ed special forces full frame pistol i am just trying to get some thoghts on this pistol

I shoot my friends Special Forces many times and it is better then his 5 Wilson's in my eyes. The only 1911 that may be better would be Les Baers out of the Box

Special forces would be my pic for an Ed Brown. I have never handled one, but they look sweet, and have a great reputation.

I own a Special Forces and the fit and finish is absolutely beautiful. WAY better then Les Baer. The accuracy and reliability is as good or better then any other custom in the business. Thats my 2 cents!

You can't go wrong with an EB Special Forces - great fit and finish, the trigger breaks clean, and the action is smooth as silk. My SF compares very favorably with my Wilsons and my Les Baer, all of which are very fine pistols. I have an EB SF and an Executive Tgt, and I can say that both shoot as well or better than anything else I own. Get it and enjoy it! You won't be sorry.

I have one.

It is easily my most Accurate 1911. Handles well. Looks great. Carries well.

That bushing is tight though. Aside from that, it's one of the best.

I have a Kobra Carry and love it. My next Ed Brown was to be a Special Forces. The price has gone sky high on that model.
I will have to wait a bit longer. You can never go wrong with Ed Brown products...
