Hey Chief. It's pretty easy.
Go to the page you want to copy. Right click on the address bar text and when the drop down menu appears choose copy(that saves it to your clipboard). Then go to the page you're gonna post on and type what you want, something like this is the link, then left click and 'sweep' to the left the text(sweep 'this is the link'). Then from the menu above your post choose the insert link icon. When the box appears press the 'Control' key and the 'V' key. Done.
