New grips are like a new set of clothes. I bet a set of brushed alumagrips would look great also. I am partial to coco bola and rosewood however.

I see Aluma Grips doesn't actually do the snakeskin thats done else where

We all have admired the beauty of the traditional longbow laminated with a covering of WESTERN DIAMONDBACK RATTLER. Now you can own the finest grip made-ALUMAGRIPS- hand laminated in the same pains taking workmanship as the finest long bows. Real Western Diamondback Rattlesnake can be laminated to any grip found on this site. I have done these for production 1911’s to custom one of kind pieces. Not just for show but durable for everyday use and fancy too. Attention to detail by a professional jeweler. For general info and ordering email Ron at the email address listed below.

No this is his new collection which he didn't update his site yet. I can get you a set Bud, if you want just say the word I will contact him at his home and pick them up and or have him shipped right to you. He aslo doesn't show his magwells that attach so easy on these grips. I have the brochure here.

It is Bud he designed it so it snaps in the grips itself and you just install your grips, not over the grip screws. They come in Plastic and metal.I would have brought it but it was another $50 dollars that I didn't have on me.
